Bee’s Knees Honey – Shipping Australia-Wide from Mareeba, QLD

We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and quickly, with care taken from our hive to your home.

🚚 Dispatch Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our shed.

Please note: During busy periods (such as holidays or harvest times), dispatch times may be slightly extended. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.

🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post and local couriers.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but are generally:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional/remote: 5–10 business days

We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout for most orders.

💨 Express Shipping

Need your order in a hurry? Select Express Post at checkout for priority handling and faster delivery times.

📍 Local Pickup (Mareeba, QLD)

If you're local, you can collect your order for free. Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready. Pickup is available during our open hours or by appointment.

🐝 Shipping Live Bees

Live bees (including nucleus colonies or queens) are available for local pickup only due to transport restrictions. We’ll be in touch directly to confirm collection times after purchase.

🌏 International Shipping

At this stage, we do not ship internationally.
However, if you’ve got your heart set on our products, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to work something out with you.
