At Bee’s Knees Honey, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🐝 Edible Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any edible products, including honey and other consumables — unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


🔄 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.


💛 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Email us at admin@beesknees-honey.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos.

We’ll organise a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


🎨 Natural Variations

Our honey and wax products are natural and handcrafted, so variations in colour, consistency or scent may occur. These are not considered faults — they’re what makes each batch special!


⏱️ Timeframe

All claims for refunds, replacements or faulty items must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
We’re unable to process requests made outside of this timeframe.
